Pre-orders
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund, including shipping. Just email jack@txtra.co.ukwith your order number. We’ll confirm and refund to your original payment method.
After delivery
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your notebook to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back unused and in its original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer. We’ll refund after receiving the return.
Damaged or faulty
If your notebook arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo at jack@txtra.co.uk within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
